VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Be an Information Volunteer! Lyman Allyn Art Museum’s Information Volunteers staff the reception desk and are the first contact for visitors to the museum. These important volunteers greet, welcome and inform our diverse visitors – from schoolchildren to senior citizens to New London natives. They provide information about our exhibitions, programs and collections and assist the public in becoming more familiar with the museum and the community. The service our Information Volunteers provide is vital to shaping a positive visitor experience at the Lyman Allyn.
